Transfer Certificate is issued within a week after a written request is received from parents.Fee refund is done as per guidelines given under the fee rules.
In case a TC is sought after more than 1 year of student leaving the school , application should be submitted along with last fee deposit receipt in original along with a photocopy of the last result for quicker processing. A document search fee will be charged if application is not accompanied by both the above documents.
Those who leave school in March/April must in all cases pay the fee for the first quarter. Transfer Certificate is issued only when all the dues of the school are settled.
A student can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds: disciplinary, unsatisfactory progress in studies, and repeated detention in the class.
A child who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to stay on in the school, especially if he/she is over age for that class.
Indiscipline, irregularity in attendance, damage of school property, non payment of school dues, unauthorised absence from school for more than six days are sufficient reasons for compulsory T.C. (Transfer Certificate).
